Returns- What is the policy?
RETURNS- WHAT IS THE POLICY?
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if within 28 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction (Excluding Delivery Fee, items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and Izabela Jewellery Gift Cards). Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to be processed.
All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, we will cover the postage costs to return the faulty item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned product arrives back with us and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you receive your confirmation of return from us, we will issue the refund within 72 hours. It may take a number of working days for the funds to show in your account as the banks must refund the transaction.
We receive payments in GBP and our refunds are also processed in GBP. We are not responsible for international banks processing fees.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective from the manufacturer or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out our contact us form explaining the issue. The team will respond to you as soon as we can.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
Delivery
To return your product you must contact us by filling out our contact us form.
We will provide a returns address to you once we receive your returns request.
You must package the product with sufficient protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Please ensure you use a tracked delivery method when returning the item.
